Bruges, Belgium

A port city in the northwest of Belgium, located 17 km from the North Sea. One of the main attractions of Bruges is the diamond museum, as the city is considered one of the oldest diamond-cutting centers in Europe.

Thanks to its numerous canals, Bruges is sometimes called the Venice of the North. Here you can rent a boat or take a ride on one of the tourist boats, looking at the many colorful houses decorating the banks of the canals.

Bruges is rich in cultural and architectural monuments. Among the sights worth noting is the Church of Our Lady, where there is a marble sculpture of Our Lady with a baby by Michelangelo, as well as the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Belfort Watchtower and, of course, the historic center of the city.
